2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options based on your location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic Shipping (Sri Lanka): 3-14  business days
  • International Shipping: 7–16 business days (depending on location)

Shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping address. You will see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

5. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Shipping Issues
If you experience any issues with your shipment, such as delays or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
MACE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier for assistance.
